My name is Majed (Michael) Taifour and I’m a life coach, public speaker, motivational speaker, business strategist, book author, and award-winning journalist. And most of all, I’m a self-improvement and meditation addict. This site is my endeavor to share with you my remarkable experiences and conversations with monks, spiritual leaders, university professors, philosophers, scientists, and also common people.
My one BIG SECRET in life is that I’m able to focus my mind in such a way that I’m capable of increasing my levels of energy, picking up new skills at will, and maintaining perfect health and vitality.

You see, for the last 40 years, I’ve been traveling the world to meet with men and women of knowledge and to study ancient and mysterious wisdom that can only be found in thousands of years old Vedic literature originating in ancient India as well as mystical Buddhist scriptures. I was even the disciple of two of the greatest Yoga and meditation teachers, who first brought the knowledge to the West.
Now, at the age of 58, I want to share with the world what I’ve learned. And I’m honored to be part of this sharing. I’ve even introduced my own Transcendental Re-engineering technique nearly three years ago, which is going to have a profound effect on how we live our lives in the modern world. And if I dare say—it could be earth-shattering.

I was born in 1962 to a Syrian father and French mother. I received my primary and secondary education in France before I graduated with a BA in Business-Economics and a Masters’ degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut, as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Sydney. After my father died while I was at the age of 16, I started working as a journalist for the Daily Star in Beirut, before I moved to Dubai in 1989 to handle the responsibility of business editor for the Gulf News English daily. Later on, I worked for the corporate world for nearly a quarter of a century in high-ranking sales and marketing positions for some of the top enterprises in the world, before I moved to Melbourne to set up my first business. Now, I live on the Central Coast in NSW, Australia, where I focus on life coaching and business strategizing.
