WHAT IS TRANSCENDENTAL RE-ENGINEERING?

Transcendental Re-engineering is a simple, natural technique for the mind. It is a spontaneous and effortless way to help the mind transcend to its unbounded essence.  


Through Transcendental Re-engineering, the mind unfolds its potential for unlimited awareness, where every possibility is naturally available to the conscious mind. And when the mind becomes aware of its unbounded nature, it becomes more active although more quiet, subtle yet more infinite.  


Transcendental Re-engineering is not a belief, nor a philosophy, or a lifestyle or religion—it is simply a technique that produces normalization in all areas of life. It reduces stress, improves health, enriches mental functioning, enhances personal relationships, and increases job productivity and job satisfaction. 


It helps people overcome sad emotions, like depression, anxiety, worry, panic attacks, and fear. It is also designed to assist decision-makers and business entrepreneurs in enhancing their capabilities by acquiring higher skills to achieve more wealth, abundance and prosperity, for themselves and those around them. 


For so long now, the human mind has been conditioned to indulge in the pursuit of materialism that it has become essential for it to be taught how to know itself again. And if the year 2020 pandemic of COVID-19 taught us anything, it is how to put up with our own company through self-isolation and lockdown. 


That’s when Transcendental Re-engineering comes into play… When one starts using the full potential of the mind and body through the Transcendental Re-engineering technique, his thoughts and actions become spontaneously accurate and life-supporting.  


In such a way, life becomes almost free from suffering, sorrow and pain. Hence, the goal of Transcendental Re-engineering is to provide life with more prominence, meaning and significance.

The TR Technique

The Transcendental Re-engineering technique consists of seven steps or sessions, heralded by a 45-minute initiation or discovery session. The objective of those sessions is to help you focus on changing your perspective of your own self and that of the world around you.

As normal people, we are not defined by what we did or did not do in the past. Therefore, we cannot allow regret and remorse to control our present and future. My Transcendental Re-engineering technique is aimed at aligning your thoughts with your path of self-discovery for you to enjoy one of the purest and most thoughtful minds. Hence, the technique helps you use your emotions and thoughts to achieve a fulfilling life. My objective in doing that is to help you use empathy, thoughtfulness and kindness in your interactions with yourself as well as with others.

It is the nature of the mind to be unconquerable. Thus, only you can hinder yourself from inner freedom or offer it to yourself. To achieve that, you’ll need to heal from the insanity of the world around you, and sometimes from your own. This process of healing can be achieved through Transcendence using my Transcendental Re-engineering technique. And the only way to do that is to become the image of your imagination, the center of your being, mainly through meditation.  This is when the obvious becomes a mystery and the unknown becomes a revelation, which only you can catch a glimpse at. Only when you live your life with simplicity and leave the ego at your doorstep will you be able to turn your life into a book in which you never go beyond the first syllable.

Fear is mankind’s oldest and strongest emotion. And although we’ve been to the moon and beyond, and we’ve charted the depths of the oceans, and split the heart of the atom, we remain afraid of looking inward, where all our contradictions arise, and where all emotional conflicts end. Sometimes, the difference between what we want and what we’re afraid of is about the width of our smallest finger. Yet, there is always unspoken fear in our hearts. And although we may doubt it, there’s always a genius within us, but we’re too afraid to admit it. Through my Transcendental Re-engineering technique, I will teach you how to be able to live your dreams again, and how to be able to inspire yourself to greatness. The biggest weight a bird has to drop before it can fly is fear. My job is to help you remove fear from your heart like you remove a blindfold from your eyes.

The only way to experience blissfulness is to be truthful with yourself and then share that truth with the others around you. Blissfulness is that which comes and never leaves, it is the magic, wonder and creativity of life. For you to unveil it, you’ll need to be grateful in your mind, heart and soul. It is not something that you await to happen in the future, it is what you seek in the present. My Transcendental Re-engineering technique helps you acquire blissfulness through awareness. The more conscious you become, the more blissful.  So, only when you allow yourself to be blissful, magic will happen in your life, although in sips, not gulps. And if you give yourself a chance to happiness, the doors of blissfulness will open for you to where there are no walls… only total bliss!

Nowadays, relatedness may have lost its drive due to the excessive use of smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets. This lack of interaction between individuals has forced us to swing back and forth between alienation and relatedness, and suffer from social deafness and emotional insensitivity. This has also hindered us from capturing the vibrant qualities of life sharing. So, if you happen to be stuck in the same patterns of failing relationships, work routines, and social disconnection, I will guide you to surpass the limiting beliefs which are at the core of these confines.

If we cannot build a better future for our children, then at least we can prepare them for a better future. Parenthood is all about guiding the next generation. Yet, it can feel like uncharted territory. Without the right support, what should be a thrilling time can be overwhelming. I can help you pull your children upward toward adulthood, softly like an angel arranging clouds. With every generation the pendulum swings from opposite to opposite. Yet, the three ways of bringing up your children do not change—the first is by example, the second is by example, and the third is by example. My job is to encourage you to support your kids for them to live up to what you believe of them.

Even amid chaos, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic, there could be an opportunity for your business to thrive. From a business perspective, I cannot help you predict the future, but I can certainly help you build it. 


However, to improve your business, you must first improve yourself—and this is where I come in. My job is to help you work on the business before it works for you. 


In business, there’s no luck—there’s only drive and determination. Therefore, for you to win, you’ll have to master these two things. 


You cannot change a plant until you change the roots first. Likewise, you cannot change your business without changing your strategy first. And if you see a great business somewhere else, know that someone, a competitor, has made a courageous decision to get it to that level of success. 


So, if you think that constraints are standing between you and your business success, I encourage you to embrace them. I will guide you on how to use constraints to drive innovation. Just keep in mind that successful businessmen are the ones that keep moving forward, no matter what—they never quit, nor will you!

Being more Selfless

The first step focuses on being more selfless by paying less attention to your own needs and focusing more on others.

Dynamic Balance

The second step observes the dynamic balance in everything—darkness and light are part of the same system since they can’t exist without each other. In fact, the principle of dynamic balance can be helpful if you're struggling in life. Just remember that happiness cannot exist without sadness. Similarly, winter and summer balance one another, although winter is followed by summer and summer is followed by winter.

Hence, cyclical growth can help you understand where your life is heading. If you're experiencing grief after the death of a loved one, remind yourself that happiness will eventually come. It might be a while, but grief will eventually give way to happiness.

Harmonious Actions

The third step requires you to perform harmonious actions. A tree is a good example of this concept—In a strong wind, the tree bends but doesn't break. By bending to the wind, the tree survives it. So, if you’re dealing with difficult times, accept your grief and sadness. By doing so, you won’t tear yourself apart trying to be strong.

Create Positive Energy

Meditate. Sit on the floor with your legs in a lotus position or on a chair with your feet flat, your spine straight and your chin slightly up. Focus on your breathing through your nose from your diaphragm. As you quietly sit in this position, imagine any sickness, stress, and pain leaving your body as you exhale. And as you inhale, imagine healing. Fill your lungs with air from the bottom to the top through your belly button. Do your best to quiet your mind. If a thought comes, let it go.

Do Yoga

Exercise. Do Yoga. Warmup exercises help you meditate and connect with your inner self by directing your internal energy to different areas of your body with each move. As you exercise, focus on releasing stress. Eventually, you’ll be able to concentrate on your movement and the internal energy it creates.

Accept Yourself

Live according to your own nature. By accepting yourself, good or bad, your personality will eventually change. Sometimes you’ll be loving and kind and sometimes impatient and angry. Accept all aspects of your personality. More importantly, follow your instinct. This is how you learn about yourself and the world around you. The more you do this, the more your intuition will nurture. And most of all, open yourself to new experiences.

Follow a Diet

Abstain from alcohol, coffee, tea and avoid eating meat, beans, and grains, as well as tomatoes, potatoes, onion and garlic. Remember that your gut is your second brain.
